This infusion is embedded with a droplet of water. When the capsule is thrown against a creature or surface or is burst between the concoctor’s fingers, a cloud of fog 10’ x 10’ x 10’ billows forth from the reagents. This burst of fog is harmless but blocks line of sight for most creatures. Anyone caught within is effectively blinded until they exit the fog.

Once created, the burst of fog can be affected by water or strong winds like an ordinary mist. A counterspell, disintegration, or dispel magic can destroy the fog instantly; it will otherwise dissipate after 6 turns.
