This infusion is embedded with a pellet of cobalt. When thrown against a creature or surface, the infusion is applied to the cobalt pellet and erupts into a crackling sphere of blue lightning. All creatures within a 25’ diameter sphere take 6d6 extraordinary electrical damage. A successful save versus Blast reduces the damage by half.
