This infusion is embedded with a pellet of bile. When thrown against a creature or surface, the infusion is applied to the pellet and unleashes a blast of necrotic energy. All creatures within a 10’ radius sphere take 5d6 extraordinary necrotic damage. A successful save versus Death reduces the damage by half.
