This spell allows the caster to deliver a massive electrical shock to one target creature in range. Touching an unwilling target requires a ranged attack throw. If the attack throw is successful, the target is suffers 1d6 extraordinary electrical damage per level of the caster (to a maximum of 5d6). Additionally, the target struck is knocked prone and becomes fatigued.
