Apprentice — With this technique, the warlord barks an order at his companions to strike. He may choose up to two allies within 15’, and each chosen ally may immediately make one melee attack.

Initiate — As apprentice, but the technique lasts up to 3 rounds, provided the warlord concentrates each round on barking out his orders. Each affected ally may attack again on each of the warlord’s turns.

Journeyman — As initiate, but the warlord may choose up to four allies.

Master — As journeyman, but the warlord may choose up to five allies.

Grand Master — As master, but the technique lasts up to 6 rounds rather than 3, provided the warlord continues to concentrate.
