Taarani

The Taarani are a semi-distinct people of Sair, descended from the non-Cyran humans whom the hero Taaranoth, one of The Four Heroes, settled at Haven on Sair’s north-west coast. Five centuries on they have intermarried freely with other Sairans, but they still count themselves apart. They call themselves Taarani, after the hero who took them in. Other Sairans call them Scarna.
