Wrogarr Levonday-Garg’lesnout is an aristocrat of relatively modest means. He is dutiful, plainly devoted to his wife, and by most accounts a decent and rather boring man to have married into an interesting family.
He has been posting notices up around Vedycaer, offering 200gp and covered expenses to adventurers willing to look into his missing sister-in-law, with as much discretion as the task allows.
