The character’s ceremony or spell repertoire can contain one additional spell of each level that he can cast.

For practitioners of certain highly specialized magical arts that do not have multiple levels of spells available, such as Gnosticism or Warcraft, this proficiency adds a single invocation or martial technique to the character’s repertoire.
