The character is familiar with the customs, figures of speech, manners, and traditions of a particular urban settlement. He gains a +1 bonus to reaction rolls with 0th level characters he encounters in his settlement. He can automatically identify famous landmarks and points of interest in his settlement and never gets lost when traveling through it.
