Quiet Magic
Class proficiency — see Proficiencies for the rules and the Proficiency Index for the full list.
The character can work magic (spells, ceremonies, etc.) with minimal words and gestures. The gestures, while subtler than those of ordinary casters, are still apparent if the character is in direct view of undistracted observers. The words, however, are hard to hear even in a quiet room; a successful Listening proficiency throw to hear noise is required to hear the character cast spells. Full binding and gagging is necessary to prevent the character from working magic.
